Senorita Caesar

A twist on a Tex Mex style Caesar using bold and flavourful spices. The brininess of the pickled jalapeno juice mends with the spicy notes of the hot salsa which takes this Caesar to the next level with your taste buds. The hint of smoke from the rimmer blends extremely well with the jalapeno puree in the Mott’s Clamato Reserve.



2 tbsp Taco Seasoning

2 tbsp Hickory Smoked Sea Salt


  • .5 oz ReaLime* Juice
  • 4 Heavy Dashes of Mexican Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot Salsa
  • ½ tbsp Pickled Jalapeno Juice
  • 5 oz (150 mL) Mott’s* Clamato* Reserve


  1. Rim glassware with taco seasoning and hickory smoked sea salt.
  2. Add tequila, ReaLime juice, Mexican hot sauce, hot salsa, and pickled jalapeno juice. Add ice.
  3. Top off with Mott’s Clamato Reserve. Stir well.
  4. Garnish with pickled jalapeno, pork rinds, and cilantro.
