Radish- and dill-infused gin is easily made by sealing 5 to 6 thinly sliced radishes and 2 sprigs fresh dill for every 2 cups (500 mL) gin in an airtight container. Leave for 3 to 4 days, shaking every day, then strain the radish and dill from the gin and discard. You will be left with a beautiful aromatic and spicy spirit.
Muddling fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary in with the radish- infused spirit in this Caesar works well to add herbaceous flavour. The addition of muddled cucumber will bring coolness to this drink; citrus wedges will brighten the existing flavours.
Refreshing and light, this one is a terrific springtime sipper. Radishes go great with tomatoes and give this Caesar a nice spiciness. Drink up!
