Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) Canadian whiskey
3 dashes hot sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
5 grinds fresh cracked black pepper
4 oz (120 mL) Mott’s Clamato The Works Cocktail
1 barspoon sauerkraut

Garnish

Sauerkraut
Oktoberfest sausage on a skewer

Rim

Fresh cracked salt and black pepper

Instructions

1Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.

2Fill the glass to the top with ice.

3Add the ingredients in the order listed.

4Stir well to mix the cocktail, and garnish.
