Meat Locker Caesar

 Walking into a butcher shop you get the aromatics of dried meats and spices. The steak spice rim and the steak sauce add a smokiness you want that works well with the maltiness of the lager.



2 tbsp Steak Spice

1 tbsp Mott’s* Clamato Rimmer* seasoning salt


  • 1 oz (30 mL) Vodka
  • 1 tbsp Steak Sauce
  • 4 Heavy Dashes of Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • .5 oz ReaLemon* Juice
  • 2 oz (60 mL) Lager
  • 5 oz (150 mL) Mott’s* Clamato* Reserve


  1. Rim glassware with steak spice and Mott’s Clamato Rimmer.
  2. Add vodka, steak sauce, chipotle hot sauce, ReaLemon juice and lager. Add ice.
  3. Top off with Mott’s Clamato Reserve. Stir well.
  4. Garnish with beef jerky and pickled onions.
